How do I return items bought in store?

Local Store Returns & Refunds
Can all items be returned/refunded?
All items are eligible for a return or refund, just ask your local store.
Am i able to exchange an item I purchased for a different size or colour?
Provided the item you’re exchanging is in good condition you can exchange your item and any price difference will be charged or credited at the till.
I wish to provide feedback after trying to purchase an item, who do I speak to?
If you have already spoken to the store manager and are still not satisfied with their response please email email@example.com and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
What's the deadline for returning my items?
Just for Pets have a 28 day refund policy provided you have your receipt..
Do I have to return my item to the same pet store I purchased it from?
Provided you have your receipt you can return your item to any of our stores.
