Which products can I order on subscription?

We have selected wet and dry food, natural treats, litter, flea, tick and worming products available on subscription, with more being added weekly.

Do I have to pay for delivery?

If your scheduled orders fall below £44.99 per delivery, our usual carriage charge of £5.99 will apply. If your scheduled orders come to £44.99 or over per delivery, carriage will be free.

How will my order be delivered?

Your orders will be delivered by DPD and you will receive full tracking details upon shipment.

Do I have to sign up for a minimum subscription period?

There is no minimum subscription period and you can cancel at any time.

I'm going on holiday, can I pause my subscription?

Yes. To pause your subscription, log into your account and select "view subscriptions". You will then see a list of your active subscriptions. Select "view" on the subscription you wish to pause. You will then be taken to a Subcription Summary page. Choose EDIT next to the SKIP YOUR NEXT DELIVERY option, and you will then be able to select the deliveries you wish to skip. Please pause your next scheduled delivery at least 48 hours in advance of your due delivery date. If you pause it within 24 hours of your next due delivery date, it may have already been shipped and will be subject to our usual returns policy.

Can I change my regular delivery date?

Yes. To change your regular delivery date, log into your account and select "view subscriptions". You will then see a list of your active subscriptions. Select "view" on the subscription you wish to edit. You will then be taken to a Subcription Summary page. Select "EDIT SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS". There you can change your charge date. Please note the charge date is the day of shipment, and delivery will be the following working day.

Can I update my payment details?

Yes. To update your payment details, log into your account and select "payment options". You will then be taken to Your Store Wallet, where you can add and delete payment card details. If you have more than one payment card in your wallet and wish to change the card that pays your subscriptions from one card to other, select "subscriptions". You will then see a list of your active subscriptions. Select "view" on the subscription you wish to edit. You will then be taken to a Subcription Summary page. Select EDIT next to PAYMENT METHOD, and select the card you wish to pay for your subscriptions.

Can I add more products to my subscription?

Every subscription is processed as a separate order. It is not possible to add a product to an existing subscription. We recommend you cancel your current subscription order, then place your order again, including the additional products.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged on the same day that your order is shipped.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Log into your account and select "view subscriptions". You will then see a list of your active subscriptions. Select "view" on the subscription you wish to cancel. You will then be taken to a Subcription Summary page. Select "EDIT" next to "CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION". To cancel, simply type DELETE and select UNSUBSCRIBE.

Please note that if your next scheduled delivery is due within 24 hours of cancellation, it may still be shipped and will be subject to our usual returns and cancellation policy.
