1. Get the app
Download the Just Eat app from the App Store or Google Play Store & search for Just for Pets. Create an account if you don't already have one or sign in
2. Find a store
Next, all you need to do is add in your address to find your nearest Just for Pets store or search "Just for Pets" in the search bar
3. It's time to shop!
Browse our range & tap "view basket" to view your order. Once you are happy with your products, tap "Go to checkout", enter your address & pay
4. Delivery
Track the progress of your delivery via the Just Eat app, sit back & wait for your order to arrive for you and your pet!

How do I order?
Download the Just Eat app from the App Store or the Google Play store. Once you've downloaded the app, create an account, then enter your postcode to find the Just for Pets closest in your area to shop from.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is confirmed, you can track its progress via the Just Eat app in the order details page, where you'll see the latest order updates. Please bear in mind that delivery times are estimates only, and orders generally arrive within 10 minutes of the ETA.
My order never arrived, what should I do?
If you've got a Just East account:
- Make sure you're logged in
- Have your order number handy (it's in the order confirmation email)
- Get in touch with us through the App via the Contact Us section
If you've checked out as a guest:
Make sure you're using the same device and browser you used to place your order. Otherwise, the contact options won't be available on this page.
